Returns
Due to the delicate and perishable nature of flowers and customized products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item delivered is damaged or defective.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The order is incomplete or significantly different from the description.
Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and order details.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Fresh flowers
- Customized bouquets or arrangements
- Personalized gifts
- Artificial flowers damaged after delivery
- Used or opened items
Refund Policy
Refunds may be approved in the following cases:
- Product unavailable after payment
- Damaged or incorrect item delivered
- Order canceled before preparation or dispatch
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before preparation begins.
- Once the floral arrangement is prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure the delivery address and contact information are correct.

- Delays caused by incorrect address details
- Recipient unavailability
- Delays caused by weather or unforeseen circumstances
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect non-perishable items, subject to stock availability.
